Sign up and tell us about your project. We’ll use that information to find a Project Manager best suited for the job. Then, you’ll have a complimentary consultation to tell us about your project needs and we can tell you how we can help you.
Step 2
Buy Time With Us
After reviewing your proposal, it’s time to buy hours. Work with your Project Manager remotely by video/phone. We are virtual PM warriors, so distance doesn’t phase us.
Your Project Manager will recommend the number of hours your project will take. The scope of your project will influence the number of hours your project will take.
Step 3
Execute
This is where the rubber hits the road. Your PM will engage with you and your team to get the project started. We are virtual PM warriors, so distance doesn’t phase us.
Step 4
Complete the Project
When deliverables are met, your Project Manager will close the project. If more hours are needed, they may be purchased and the project will continue without skipping a beat.
Step 5
Take a Deep Breath
Project is complete, so take a deep breath. Your Project Manager will present a final project report. If you need additional hours, no problem. They can be purchased on an as-needed basis.
